What we collect
We record operational events such as starting or completing the assessment, categories viewed, and outbound product or demo clicks. If you save a report request, we store the email address, optional practice name, assessment answers and your separate vendor-contact choice.
How we use it
We use this information to operate the service, improve recommendation quality, measure funnel performance and fulfill report or product-update requests. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and requests
We retain launch analytics and report requests only as long as reasonably needed for these purposes, currently targeted at no more than 24 months. To request access or deletion, contact hello@galaxsen.com.
